Every story has a beginning, and for Colourful Yorkies Kennel, that beginning came wrapped in a bundle of silky fur, twinkling eyes, and tiny paws. Their names? Max and Tosia — the two little Yorkshire Terriers who changed everything.

When I first met Max, he was a curious little explorer with a heart bigger than his size. Confident but sweet, with that unmistakable Yorkie spark. Not long after, Tosia joined our lives — a gentle, loving soul who balanced Max’s cheeky personality perfectly. Together, they were inseparable. Watching them bond, play, cuddle, and communicate in their unique way was like witnessing a silent language of love.

I didn’t plan to start a kennel at first. I just wanted to share my life with these beautiful dogs. But Max and Tosia made me dream bigger. Their presence sparked something deep in me — a desire to create a place where Yorkies could be bred with care, love, and respect. Where each puppy would be raised like family, just like Max and Tosia were.

Their personalities complemented each other perfectly. Max had that classic Yorkie confidence — he loved being in the spotlight, proudly strutting during walks, and posing like a model for every photo. Tosia, on the other hand, was our little shadow — always by my side, gentle, soft, and full of loyalty. She had an incredible ability to sense emotions, often curling up beside me when I needed comfort most.

Together, they taught me what it truly means to live with dogs. Not just owning them, but understanding them, communicating with them, and loving them as members of the family. They showed me how much intelligence, empathy, and warmth these tiny dogs carry. It was because of them that I knew — I had to share this joy with others.

Starting Colourful Yorkies Kennel wasn’t a business decision. It was a heart decision. Inspired by Max and Tosia, I committed to raising healthy, happy, and well-socialized Yorkshire Terriers. I wanted each puppy to grow up in a loving home environment, with plenty of cuddles, play, and early training — just like my first two babies had.

Max and Tosia were not just the first Yorkies in our home — they were the first teachers. They helped me understand the needs of the breed, their quirks, their grooming, their health, and most importantly — their hearts. Because Yorkies may be small, but their hearts are enormous.

Years have passed, but their legacy lives on in every litter born under the Colourful Yorkies name. Every time I hold a newborn puppy or meet a new family who’s about to welcome one of our babies into their home, I think of Max and Tosia. I see a bit of them in every playful glance, in every tiny bark, in every cuddle.

Breeding Yorkshire Terriers is not just a responsibility for me – it is a true passion and a lifelong dream. Each puppy I raise is treated with love, care, and the highest attention to their well-being and development. My goal is to provide people not only with a pet, but with a loyal friend for life. I believe that every dog deserves the best start, and I do everything I can to prepare them for a happy future in loving homes. From the very beginning, they are raised in safe, clean, and stimulating conditions, so they can grow into healthy, well-socialized companions.
